Humans 3.0
The advance of neurotechnology has fueled worldwide debates. Chile is playing a key role, having become the first country to legislate on neuro-rights and advocate for their inclusion in the Constitution. This initiative has aroused the interest of prominent figures from a variety of fields and disciplines, including filmmaker Werner Herzog, who is working on a documentary on the subject. Undoubtedly the biggest question is what use this science will be put to. Will it be employed for positive ends or devious approaches, such as perhaps revealing our innermost thoughts to others? Everything is still up in the air in these regards.
