Consultant with extensive experience in regulatory matters, he has served as executive advisor and technical secretary of sectoral committees of the National Society of Industries, an entity in which he participated in multiple regulatory processes. He also served as Advisor to the Ministerial Office of the Ministry of Production, an entity responsible for designing policies for sectors such as fisheries, aquaculture, industry and domestic trade, among others.

She has more than 7 years of experience in reputation management, public relations, social responsibility and public affairs. Ms. Luyo has been a consultant in institutional relations and communications for the Ministry of Energy and Mines (MEM) and the Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion (Midis). In addition, she has been a corporate communications consultant for 5 years at LLORENTE & CUENCA, in charge of accounts such as UNACEM, UTEC, Telefónica, Roche, Ferreyros, Grünenthal, among others. Likewise, she has carried out press and institutional image activities at the Ministry of Justice (Minjus).

He worked as part of the Investment Monitoring Specialized Team from the Finance and Economics Ministry, and with the Libertad y Democracia Institute, working on national as well as international projects. He has also worked as a consultant for the World Bank and Land for Alliance, among others.

Later she was manager of the Plasticar Division in Peru and Bolivia, a company of Grupo Carvajal, an important Colombian industrial group with subsidiaries in Latin America.
